I don’t have fresh peaches. What else can I use?

Sadly, fresh peaches aren’t a year round thing. But, you can use either a 21oz can of peach pie filling or 8 oz frozen peaches (thawed and drained).

Can I Freeze My Peach Hand Pies?

Yes!!! Just allow them to cool completely before freezing. Freeze flat in a freezer safe, air tight bag.

Answering my own question, since I was minutes from putting them in the oven when I posted: I did NOT grease the baking sheet & they came out just fine. The fat in the dough is enough to keep them from sticking!
