● 1⁄2 cup melted butter
● 1⁄2 cup of sugar
● 1 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
● 3 cups Ritz crackers
● 1 cup dried coconut flakes
● 2 1⁄2 cups of marshmallows
For the Topping
● 1 1⁄2 cup whipped cream
● 3tbsp icing sugar
● 1 tsp vanilla
● Melted chocolate
Heat the butter and sugar in a pan add in the marshmallows, vanilla extract, pounded crackers, and 3⁄4 cup of dried coconut flakes. Grease a square baking pan and spread the mixture evenly. Allow it to chill and set. Meanwhile, beat the whipped cream and icing sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Once the mixture is fully cooled cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!

To make the No Bake Snickers Cheesecake you’ll need:
● 1 pack oreo cookies, pounded into crumbs or an Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
● 1 block of cream cheese
● 1⁄2 cup condensed milk
● 1 cup powdered sugar
● 2 – 3 large snicker bars cut into bits
● 1⁄2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
● Chocolate chips
Take 2tbsp of condensed milk and mix it with the oreo cookies and form the crust. Take a bowl and with a whisk beat in the condensed milk, sugar, and cream cheese. Fold in the snicker bars and pour it over the crust. Top it up with peanuts and chocolate chips and chill to set.

Heat the pumpkin puree, butter, sugar, milk, pumpkin spice, vanilla, salt, and heat for a minute. Add the pumpkin mixture into the oats and mix it well. With your hands take the desired amount and shape to a cookie. Allow it to sit for a while and enjoy with a cup of tea.

To make these peanut butter popcorn bars you’ll need:
● 5 cups popcorn
● 1⁄4 cup sugar
● 1⁄4 cup corn syrup
● 1⁄4 cup your favorite peanut butter
● 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan boil the corn syrup and water over medium heat for 1 minute. Keep stirring constantly to avoid crystallization. After a minute remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over a bowl of popcorn. Grease your pan and line it with a piece of parchment paper.
