So how do you Make Chocolate Covered Spoons?

You will need: 

plastic spoons
semi sweet chocolate chips
white chocolate chocolate chips
mini marshmallows
sprinkles, nuts, peppermints and other things to decorate the spoons with

If you want a fun twist, you can add a few drops of peppermint extract into your chocolate. You can get creative with your spoons too! 

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Melt chocolate in the microwave. Melt on 30 second intervals, mixing in between until it is completely melted. 

Dip your plastic spoons into the chocolate, coating them generously. 

Lay the spoons on the parchment paper. 

Top the chocolate covered spoons with your desired toppings. 

Chill in the fridge until your chocolate on the spoons in set. 

If you’d like, you can package each chocolate covered spoon in a little plastic bag and tie off with some pretty ribbon. For an easy gift, bundle them with some hot cocoa, a biscotti and a mug!

    4. Lay spoons onto parchment paper
    5. Top with desired toppings
    6. Chill in the fridge until chocolate is set.

This is a wonderful idea for the holidays.. I would use the white chocolate..not only for my family but with other food gifts for my friends...
