With just a few ingredients, you can have coffee shop style coffee right at home with this simple DIY on how to make homemade coffee syrup!

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I just love my coffee. Once I get it in my head that I need a cup, it’s all I can think about.

Looking for those special coffeehouse types of coffee? You can make your own flavored homemade coffee syrup right at home. 

You won’t believe how easy it is to make homemade coffee syrup. They are so easy to make! Once you make them you’ll see and be hooked!

And let’s be real, paying $4-5 at your local starbucks or coffee shop is just outrageous. Since I work from home, I need a cup of coffee at my finger tips. 

So, let me show you how easy it is to make your own homemade coffee syrup!

How to Make Homemade Coffee Syrup:

Mix equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove top and add in your flavors!

How to Make Flavored Homemade Coffee Syrups: 
Add 2 teaspoons of your favorite flavored extract to your coffee syrup: Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, Orange, Mint, etc. 

After your syrup cools off a bit, store it in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp of your preferred flavored extract

Instructions

  1. Mix equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the stove top and add in your flavors!
  4. How to Make Flavored Homemade Coffee Syrups: Add 2 teaspoons of your favorite flavored extract to your coffee syrup: Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, Orange, Mint, etc. 
  5. After your syrup cools off a bit, store homemade coffee syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
