This Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip has all of the flavors of the classic Christmas cookie, Gingerbread. You’ll find molasses, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Yum!

How to Make this Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip:
This recipe couldn’t be any easier. It’s made in one bowl!

Here’s what you will need:

cream cheese
cool whip or homemade whipped cream
molasses
brown sugar
powdered sugar
ginger
cinnamon
cloves
sprinkles
You can use either your stand mixer or a hand mixer and a large bowl.
To start – Beat the cream cheese until it is nice and smooth and creamy.
Add in sugars – add in both the powered and brown sugars and also the molasses.
Decorate & serve – When you are all done making your Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip, transfer to a serving dish and decorate with some fun holiday sprinkles.

Add the spices – Add in the ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Add the whipped cream – Next add in the part that makes this gingerbread cheesecake dip nice and fluffy – the whipped topping!
Blend – Blend until is all smooth and the ingredients are incorporated.
Can I Make This Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip in Advance?
Absolutely! Keep your dip in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Save adding the sprinkles though for just before serving.

I’ve served this dip with ginger snaps, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, apples, pretzels and of course, gingerbread men!


Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip Recipe
This Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip is full of flavors like spices and molasses! It's creamy and perfect for dipping for Holiday parties!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 8 oz cool whip or fresh whipped cream
- cookies or snacks for serving
- decorative sprinkles
Instructions
- In your stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is nice and smooth and creamy.
- Add in both the powered and brown sugars and also the molasses.
- Add in the ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
- Mix in the whipped topping.
- Blend until is all smooth and the ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and decorate with sprinkles.
- Serve with graham crackers, nilla wafers, pretzels, gingerbread men, apples or anything of your choice!
Notes
If you are making the dip in advance, cover and refrigerate. Decorate with sprinkles prior to serving.
