8 Ways to Prepare Your Home for Guests with Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee + a Pumpkin Muffin Recipe
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts®. The opinions and text are all mine.
I just adore the cozy feeling of the fall. There’s just something about the crisp cool air that really invigorates me. I also love the fall because it’s the time of the year where guests come from out of town to visit for the upcoming holidays. Here are 8 ways to prepare your home for the season. Be sure to take some time out of your busy schedule to make your guests feel extra special and welcomed in your home.
Add a stack of books or magazines to their guest room. Think about your guests’ favorite hobbies and interests.
Clear out some space in a closet or your foyer for your guests to keep their coats, shoes and bags.
Wash extra blankets and sheets to have ready for your guests, include extra in case your guests get cold throughout the night. Don’t forget a few extra pillows.
Fresh flowers or a pretty plant always adds a welcoming touch to a guest room.
Change your Wi-Fi password to something your guests can easily access. Be sure to have an outlet handy for your guests to charge up their devices.
Don’t forget about the bathroom. Leave out a towel and wash cloth for each guest. Added guests in your home will also mean extra toilet paper, so leave out some extra rolls.
When I travel, I am always eager for a cup of coffee. That’s why I started putting together a coffee station for my guests: a Keurig, Dunkin Donuts® Original K-Cups®, Dunkin Donuts Original Creamer and assorted sugars.
Everyone has their own special morning routine and Dunkin’ Donuts Original Blend Coffee K-Cups has always been the brand to get people going and keep them going, so they can make the most of their day, every day. Dunkin’ Donuts is dedicated to providing a consistently smooth and delicious cup of high-quality coffee, even at home! A great cup of coffee can help transform your day, so that is why I always have it ready for my guests in the convenience of K-Cups.
I also like to have Dunkin’ Donuts Original Creamer on hand. It is made with skim milk, real sugar and cream for a lightly sweet touch. It brings out the very best in all your favorite coffees.
Finally, a sweet treat always goes well with a great cup of coffee and these Pumpkin Muffins are a delicious seasonal treat your guests will just love. Plus, they’ll make your home smell just like a crisp fall day!
