How to Make this Dry Rub Recipe
You will need:
6 tbsp salt
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp Colman’s Dry Mustard
Mix all of the dry rub ingredients together in an air-tight container.
How to use your all purpose dry rub:
This rub is perfect for chicken and pork dishes. You’ll want to pat your meat dry and rub the mix into the meat. Make sure to get the rub into both sides and in all of the crevices.

This does sound like a nice dry rub. I go into Penzey's and everything is so expensive. I'd love to try this, and make up some for food gifts, I like doing that when I visit someone, to bring a little something fun like this.
