These DIY Snow Globes are an easy and fun winter craft made with mason jars, Christmas figurines and buffalo snow.
Christmas is my favorite season to create fun DIY projects. I am always just so much inspired by what I see. I hope you love these DIY Snow Globes as much as we do!
They are so easy to make. And cheap to make.
These DIY Snow Globes are a fun craft for all ages and are perfect to even leave out all Winter long.
How to Make DIY Snow Globes:
You will need:
- Mason jars of assorted sizes,
- buffalo snow,
- various objects (think Christmas village sized)
- Hot glue
The directions are fairly simple.
On the underside of the mason jar lid, hot glue your objects.
Fill the bottom with the buffalo snow. I suggest filling the mason jar with the buffalo snow and then put your lid back on that way so that you don’t have glittery snow everywhere!
Screw the lid back on and voila! An easy DIY Snow Globe!
Besides an easy Christmas or Winter decoration, these snow globes also make great holiday gifts! My kids love making their own holiday gifts.
If you buy a case of mason jars, you may have some left over. You can also make these DIY Christmas Mason Jars or fill them with Homemade Holiday Potpourri.

This is an adorable and inexpensive way to decorate the house with items that are easily available. I have something similar to this that I made many years ago and still display every year.

I really like these. I like the way they look, and how they can be customized. I think something like this would make a great gift to a relative from a child. I really like getting homemade gifts from kids, I save them all!

I love looking for fun unique ideas for holiday decorations (even during the summer time). These look so super easy to make and I know my granddaughters would have fun inventing their own snow globes!
