How to Make Iced Blackberry Tea:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Prepare your green tea recipe by heating 2 quarts (8 cups water) of cold water in a large saucepan over high heat on the stove just until little bubbles start to form, but not quite a rolling boil.

Remove from heat.

Add 4 green tea bags and a handful of mint sprigs to the hot water, then steep for 5 minutes. For the best flavor, it’s important to know that the longer you steep your tea bags, the stronger tea will be.

Make the Blackberry Simple Syrup.

Discard tea bags and discard.

Allow the hot tea to cool before straining into a pitcher

When ready to serve, pour tea over ice cubes in mason jars or a tall glass.

Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of blackberry simple syrup. Garnish with lemon slices, whole blackberries and a handful of mint leaves.

Store your blackberry tea in a large pitcher in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. It will last about 5 days.
