That’s why simple, easy and delicious recipes are the way to go! When dessert comes around and it’s time for coffee, whip up these Peppermint Mochas in no time at all!
There is something about the cold months where I just love the combination of peppermint and chocolate together. It just warms you up and makes you feel so cozy.
How to Make this Peppermint Mocha Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Directions
1) In a medium stockpot, bring milk, sugar, cocoa powder and extract to steaming, about 1-2 minutes.
2) Fill a mug up half way with coffee and the remainder with peppermint cocoa mixture.
3) Stir for 30 seconds or a minute until the milk becomes frothy.
4) Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
