Everything you need to know to make your Christmas Cookie Exchange Party a memorable time!
One of my favorite events of the holiday season is our annual Christmas Cookie Exchange party! Have you ever had one? We keep it family friendly, so this year I really had a great time decorating for the party!
A Christmas Cookie Exchange is a great way to make your baking a lot easier. All of your guests will bring a dozen of their favorite holiday cookie recipe to share with the guests of the party. Plus, guests also share their delicious recipe as well! You can include these fun Recipe cards in your invite for your guests to bring with them:
If you are attending a cookie exchange party, be sure to let your cookies cool completely before packing them up in your cookie transportation of choice. The majority of cookie recipes last about one to two weeks when you keep them at room temperature.
In addition to your delicious sugary goodies, have something salty to counter balance the sweetness. So, some pretzels or chips, veggies and dip or cheese and crackers are perfect. I also serve water, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk.
I used these adorable Christmas hot cups for my guests.
Stock up on tin foil, plastic wrap or these cute little cookie boxes so guests can bring their new favorite cookies home.
I picked up all of my Christmas Cookie Exchange Party supplies at Oriental Trading. From crafts and party supplies to gifts, classroom ideas, candy and stocking stuffers, the fun products at Oriental Trading are ideal for spreading holiday joy!
