Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowls
Let me introduce you to my newest obsession: Smoothie Bowls!
They’ve become my go-to breakfast and afternoon snack, replacing my normal sugar filled nosh.
My NutriBullet has been getting quite the work out too!
My Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowls are very easy and versatile to whip up!
1 cup strawberries, 1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 banana, a tsp of pure vanilla extract and a tbsp or so of honey.
Blend it together with some ice and voila! Instead of serving it in a cup, serve in a bowl.
Now the trick to getting your Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl to be of “bowl consistency” is to blend it with less liquid. Then you get a delicious creamy texture!
The best part of enjoying your smoothie in a bowl? You get to add all sorts of different toppings!
