Here in New Jersey there is a large disparity of bloggers who network together. Many times we tend to forget that even though our job is behind the computer, it’s really important to get out there and meet your “coworkers”. For many bloggers, we are learning as we go. Most I know haven’t a technical bone in their body and have completely self taught themselves how to build and maintain a website from the ground up.
I was thrilled when Lori from Jet Set Smart invited me to meet up with her and a few other bloggers from the Jersey Shore at Talula’s in Asbury Park.
Although I am certainly no stranger to the Jersey Shore, I very rarely visit downtown Asbury Park. I’ve been hearing about the resurgence of life in the town and I have been eager to check it out.
The community oriented, farm-to-table artisanal atmosphere of Talulas was like nowhere I had ever eaten before. It’s rare when you visit a restaurant and you truly feel welcomed.
