As the weather starts to get colder and we are spending more time indoors, one of our favorite ways to end boredom is to play a good board game. We used to play so many games growing up and it’s always great to share those memories with my children when we play some of my favorite games. Winning Moves is the creator of many of the great games we all love to play. Board games by companies like Hasbro, Parker Brothers and Milton Bradley, card games and puzzles are all made by Winning Moves. Their goal is to offer classic, retro and fun games for you to play with your family and friends.
Last year when we were without power during Hurricane Sandy we rekindled our love for board games. With no TV, internet, or phones it was all we could do for fun it seemed and it was actually kind of nice to spend the time together completely uninterrupted. We enjoyed Monopoly, Trouble and Yahtzee. My friends and I get together quite often and play Bunco at our Moms Night Out!
I love the designs of Winning Moves’ games. When I was a child, we would play with my parent’s old board games from their childhoods, so to me the Winning Moves games have that same retro feel. If your family enjoys doing puzzles, Winning Moves has some beautiful 1,000, 500 and 300 piece puzzles too!
Winning Moves sent us Sorry to review and the kids had a blast playing! Being how it is for ages 6 and up it was perfect for my 5 year old to play and it’s very easy to learn.
If you are like us, with the kids, you are always losing pieces and parts for games. I was so happy to find a place where I can buy replacement parts for my games! Or if you can’t remember the rules or need score cards, you can find them on the Winning Moves website too!
There are so many great options from Winning Moves for your holiday get togethers or family game nights!
Winning Moves would like to offer one lucky reader a Sorry board game! Giveaway is open to US residents, 18+ and up. Begins 10/30 and ends 11/13 at 11:59pm EST. Thank you for entering!
