Send a Personalized Card with Signed
For years, I have always loved giving my loved ones hand written cards. I won’t lie, it can get difficult sometimes to remember to pick up the cards and since I barely send out mail, I very rarely have stamps on me!
I am so excited to share a fantastic new way I have found to tell those around me how much I care: Signed.

Signed takes away the extra step of having to purchase a card out in the stores. The personalization step really is a game changer!
How does it work?
Signed acts as on online “card concierge”. It allows people the ability to pick out a custom greeting card, write a personal message (in their own handwriting) to their loved one, sign it and have it sent via regular mail – all online in a matter of minutes.
Honestly, my favorite part is the fact that I can add the personal message in my own or the kids’ handwriting! Check out this birthday card we made for my husband:
It’s so simple too! Within a matter of minutes (about 3-4 to be exact) your personalized card will be on its way to your recipient(s):
- Choose a card from Signed’s collection
- Grab a blank piece of paper
- Write your note on that sheet of paper (don’t forget to sign it!)
- Grab your tablet or phone and snap a picture of the note
- Follow the directions on the Signed website to upload
- Once uploaded, verify that your message looks good
- Click send and enter your mailing info
You’re done! Your card is now on the way to the post office for delivery.
Isn’t the Mother’s Day card I picked out for my mom just beautiful?
All of the cards offered at Signed are designed by independent U.S. based artists. The artist’s name and information are printed on the back of each card. Currently, Signed works with 80+ artists across the country.
You can find over 2,400 custom-designed cards in Signed’s library and every card is printed in the USA on fine art paper made in small batches in Utah. You’ll find cards for every occasion: from birthdays to holidays and everything in between!
Cards cost $4.95, which includes a personalized card signed by you, an original stamp, and delivery via the USPS. While delivery times vary depending on the USPS, most are generally delivered within three (3) business days.

I always forget to pick up a card at the store and this will save me so much time. I’ve never heard of this before and if I can do it online, I’m all over it. Love this idea and I’m bookmarking this post.
Now that is a really good idea! I have always loved creating my own cards and this is a fun way to do it. I will have to pin this and use it the next time there’s a birthday coming up.
This seems like the perfect way to send a personalized handwritten card. Email has made everyone so lazy so getting something so unique really makes an occasion special.
That is a great idea. I haven’t gotten a card in years, but I would love it if someone sent me a personalized card one of these days.
It can take me forever to pick out a card, it’s great that you could do it conveniently from home with this. And I love that they can use your own handwriting.

I am all about snail mail so personalized cards are right up my alley. There is something special about getting something in the mail, don’t you agree?
Now this is an awesome idea, I am always sending cards online but I had you can’t sign them so being able to sign and photograph to be put on is the perfect middle!
I love Signed so much. I’ve used them in the past and I am so happy that they offer this service. Fast shipping, seamless process and excellent customer service.

Ok, this is genius! I have a card right now on my desk that I was supposed to send my best friend for her birthday (March 30th). Oops. I am gonna do this asap!
Oh, how neat that you can do that in your own handwriting. I love this idea. I’ll have to keep in mind for future card sending.
That is darling! I would love to send cards from the kids in their own hand using Signed. It’s such a sweet way to personalize your greetings.
What a beautiful card for Mother’s Day. There’s nothing like a hand written note to really make this well-received by a deserving mom!
This is amazing! Such an amazing gift idea for Mother’s Day!
I am totally loving the concept of this. I always forget to send cards with gifts but I think Signed would actually help me out in that department. Great for family members who live far away as well.
That’s such a great idea! I hate picking them out at the story and this would be so much more convenient!
