How to make this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake Recipe

You will need:

  • 1 box 15oz Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½!– /wp:list-item –>
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter

In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients of the pumpkin bread mix, followed by the wet ingredients listed on the back of the box.

Pour cake batter into a prepared pan (9 inch pan) – a loaf pan or bundt pan works great.

In a medium bowl, make the crumb topping.

Mix the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Crumble the crunchy streusel topping on top of the batter.

Put the cake pan into the oven for a baking time of 35-40 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean from the middle

Let your fall breakfast treat cool on a wire rack.

Once the pumpkin crumb cake is cooled to room temperature, sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar for the perfect topping!

This looks delicious and I have all the ingredients on hand! One question....it says to bake in a cake pan, but does not specify a size. Is it 8 x 8 or 9 x 13?
