6 Baking Hacks + A Perfect Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
I love baking, but I have to say I’m not the very best at it. Over the years though I’ve found some baking hacks that really have changed the taste and look of my baked goods.
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Pillsbury™. The opinions and text are all mine.
Some tips that I have found over the years are:
Instead of using water in cake mixes, I use milk.
To grease your cake pans, use your empty butter wrappers.
No brown sugar in the house? Mix white sugar with molasses.
Out of cupcake liners? Use parchment paper.
For perfect cupcakes, use an ice cream scoop sprayed with non-stick spray.
Not a master cake decorator? I know I’m not! Use the new Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bag to get beautifully iced cakes & cupcakes.
The Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bag is available in 3 delicious flavors (Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, and Cream Cheese) and makes decorating a breeze! These Pasty Bags are filled with the delicious Pillsbury Creamy Supreme frosting that everyone loves. They are fun for the whole family and so easy to use, even kids will enjoy decorating with them! They come with a built in star tip, so you can easily decorate in 3 fun designs: stars, rosettes, and waves. To use them, you simply push the frosting toward the star tip and twist the top of the pastry bag, tear the perforated plastic that covers the tip, and squeeze from the top of the Pasty Bag to frost your baked good.
Decorating has never been so easy or so much fun!
