  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup softened butter, unsalted
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Jam of your choice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt; set aside. 

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between. Add vanilla extract.

Add 1/4 cup of yogurt and some of the flour mixture into the large bowl.

Repeat with all of the yogurt and flour mixture. Combine.

With a butter knife, swirl the jam throughout the batter.
