This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of 7UP®. The opinions and text are all mine. #7Waysto7UP

As we start to roll into the springtime, it becomes party season for me. It seems like everyone I know is throwing some sort of spring soiree, shower or party. My favorite thing to bring to these get togethers? This 7UP Sherbet Punch recipe.

I love how versatile 7UP is! You can use it in fun punch recipes like this one or in mixed drinks and cocktails. You could even use 7UP in baking and marinade recipes.

I can assure you this 7UP Sherbet Punch recipe is going to wow your friends. My favorite thing about it is how quickly it comes together! I don’t own a punch bowl, so I actually use my trifle bowl to make the recipe and it works out perfectly! You may remember this sherbet punch from your childhood, it’s a similar recipe but I like to adult it up a little bit with a bottle of my favorite champagne or prosecco.

7UP Sherbet Punch recipe

So what do you need?

  • 1 container of sherbet
  • 1 2 liter bottle of  7UP
  • 1 8 oz package of frozen mixed berries
  •  6 oz fruit punch concentrate
  • 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco

I like to use frozen berries because then they act like iced cubes! Another neat trick is to take plastic wrap and wrap a cupcake tin. Then add a big scoop of the sherbet in each tin. Freeze for a few hours and then you have large scoops of sherbet that look so pretty in your punch bowl!

Put your 7UP Sherbet Punch recipe together

In your punch bowl, mix together the fruit punch concentrate, the berries and the champagne or prosecco. When you are ready to serve, pour in your 7UP, followed by the sherbet. Enjoy!

The 7UP flavor is crisp and fresh, making it the perfect complement in cocktails and recipes. I love to purchase 7UP products at my local Stop & Shop store because of the great coupon offer that can be found in the Savory Magazine! You can also find 7UP products at Giant Landover and Giant Carlisle. Make sure to check out Savory Magazine in the “New Flavors” edition until 3/30 to save $1.00 when you buy two 7UP 2-Liter bottles!

My favorite drink is prosecco/champagne and I love strawberries so I would love to try this recipe now that spring is coming and to cool off with this sweet concoction.

Oh man. This brings me back. My church used to serve a virgin version of this at every youth dance. I imagine the alcoholic version is better.
