Everyone who knows me knows I have the biggest sweet tooth. It’s really bad and I often am finding myself looking for guilty pleasures and indulgences that are just empty calories. I really do not like that feeling of regret after. It can be very difficult and daunting for a person like myself though who needs some sort of comfort food after a long day to just enjoy nothing. I have been trying to choose better-for-you-foods like Dannon Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Green nonfat yogurt. Whether you are trying to lose weight or manage your weight, the creamy sweetness of Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu Yogurt is just enough to satisfy your craving, without the added guilt.

I love Tiramisu and with it being so warm this summer, I thought these frozen yogurt pops would be a great twist on a dessert. Like I said, I have a huge sweet tooth and since these take a long more than a second to enjoy, I am able to savour the delicious, creamy taste of the Tiramisu. On a hot day, they’re the best way to wake up for a breakfast twist! I leave a mason jar filled with coffee for iced coffee at anytime, so I mix with that cool whip to add to the coffee flavor in the Tiramisu.

By far one of the best uses of Greek yogurt I have seen in some time.
