Leap Frog Letter Factory Adventures: Counting on Lemonade
This past summer at Blogger Bash, I had the pleasure of seeing a sneak peek of Leap Frog’s latest Letter Factory Adventure: Counting on Lemonade. I was really excited to tell my readers about this new adventure and up until now I had to keep quiet about it! Leap Frog’s Letter Factory Adventures: Counting on Lemonade was released on September 9th, 2014.
As a mom to two preschoolers, I am no stranger to Leap Frog’s products. From the time my children were infants, Leap Frog has been a household name for us. I only became aware of their Letter Factory Adventures recently though when I bought a subscription to Netflix and the episodes were regularly featured on there. I love the Letter Factory Adventures. Many times DVD’s and television programming can be mindless. With the Letter Factory Adventures series, my children sit quietly and still taking everything in for 35 minutes.
Counting on Lemonade is available on DVD + Digital, Digital HD, Video on Demand and Pay Per View from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Counting on Lemonade features the same friendly and lovable frog friends that my children know and love — Tad, Lily and Leap. The frog friends want new books for their library and to raise funds, they have a lemonade sale. With the help of their friends and by using their adding, subtracting and counting skills, our frog friends are able to have a successful lemonade sale!
I always worry that my children are not be exposed to the concepts of math enough. Many educational DVD’s and television programming is very phonics based, so this was very welcomed in my home. Counting on Lemonade is recommended for ages preschool through first grade and focuses on counting to 20, addition and subtraction. My children just love songs and it’s a great tool for learning. Counting on Lemonade features sing-a-long videos, as well as a curriculum for parents.
