Being heart healthy is of utmost importance to me. We have a long history of heart disease on both sides of my family, as well as on my husband’s. I try my best to keep recipes and meals at a minimum with fat, cholesterol and sodium. Staying active is important as well! I like to keep it a family affair! Unfortunately though, we are all so busy and sometimes it is easier to grab a meal that is anything BUT heart healthy!
