    Best back to school advice…buy extra tissues for home for the first day of school…particularly for moms with little ones going for the first time!!

    Start practicing getting up early a week or two before the first day of school … so it won’t be as difficult on the first day.

    My best back to school advise is to start preparing them about a month before hand. Earlier bedtimes, back into a routine etc. That way it is not such a shock to their systems when the big day does finally roll around!

    My best tip is to start the kids back onto a sleep schedule for school several weeks before school actually starts just so they are prepared.

    My advice is start getting on the school schedule 2 weeks before school starts so you have time to get used to it before the first day of school.

    I would buy a few new clothes before school starts, but wait until school has gotten underway to find out what you kids new “must-haves” are. I would also look for those back to school sales and stock up on crayons, glue, kleenex, paper, etc when you see it on sale or clearance! Also, shop online for some even better deals!

    My best back to school advice is spend the week before getting ready, set out a weeks worth of clothes on hanger and pick out breakfasts for the week.

    Stay as organized as you can, plan ahead, check lunch schedule to know when to pack/buy lunch, get prepared the night before. Start a BTS schedule the week before school starts- ie bed times, waking up early

    about a week or 2 before school start start getting back on a schedule early to bed and early to rise this way it want be so hard to get back on schedule for school

    Mark their name on each crayon and marker so when it falls on the ground it goes back to your child if found later.

    I suggest creating a homework supplies box. Put things like pencils, pens, markers,erasers, tape, calculator, loose-leaf paper, scissors, etc. in it. That saves time spent looking every night.

    My best back to school advice is that as a parent, YOU should also be excited about the school year. Parents need to get involved, get in those school doors every time you have the opportunity. Participate & interact. If you are involved, your kids will want to be involved.

    I always put them right on the school bus don’t take them it really helps just setting the pattern. (you can meet them at the school if need be)

    The thing that helped me the most when my boys were in school was make lunches the night before and put out clothese to wear the night before.. Saved a lot of time and rushing around. My granddaughters do make lunches at times and do pick out what they are going to wear most of the time..

    My advice is to get all your back to school shopping done 2 weeks before school starts because there are usually last minute things that pop up. You will then have those 2 weeks to deal with those last minute things.

    I like to buy supplies while they are on sale. I also start a few days before school starts to try to get the sleeping schedule back to an earlier time. thanks

    Don’t stress about the back to school shopping… Before unknown it they’ll be back in routine and all those new clothes will get mixed in with the old.

    My best advice is don’t cry. lol That’s the first thing that comes to my head but its probably because my baby girl isn’t quite at school age yet so that’s what I think of when I think of school. Guess I need to be the one reading up on all of the advice everyone is posting! lol
