Say goodbye to all of those yummy baked good recipes! Boo!!! Hiss!!! I don’t have “cravings” to blame anymore or a baby in my belly to have an excuse to eat for 2. Again…Boo!!! Hiss!!!
So now it’s time to get these last 20 pounds off of the baby weight (From Adam too!) and then get back into a shape other than round. I used to do Weight Watchers and had great success with it, but I just don’t want to spend the money to do it and I am horrible at staying accountable when I don’t pay. Sad huh? Before I got pregnant last Spring, I found a site on You Tube called Body Rock. The woman who runs the site is in incredible shape! A lot of the excercises are tough, some way too tough for me, so I just substitute with jumping jacks, sit ups or push ups during those excercises. I had a lot of success with it though. Another free site I started using is My Fitness Pal. I really like to track my calories & excercising and this site has thousands of foods to be able to do that.
